Refund and Returns Policy
This policy explains how refunds, returns, and quality cases are handled for Ready-to-Wear Uniforms and Custom Uniform orders from Retailers.

Ready-to-wear items may be returned or refunded within 14 days, provided that the item has not been branded, embroidered, altered, used, washed, damaged, or customized in any way.
Once an item is branded, embroidered, or customized for the customer, it cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.
Branded and embroidered items
Items with embroidery, logos, names, branding, special markings, or customer-specific customization are made specifically for that order. These items are not eligible for refund or return except in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects.
Custom Uniform orders
For custom uniform orders, deposits are used to start order preparation, fabric sourcing, materials, and production planning. Once Retailers has purchased fabric or order-specific materials, the deposit is non-refundable.
If production has moved to cutting or manufacturing, cancellation becomes more restricted because the materials and work are already dedicated to the customer’s order.
Manufacturing defects and quality inspection
Retailers is responsible for genuine manufacturing or quality issues. Any reported issue must be inspected by our team to confirm whether the issue is related to manufacturing quality or to misuse, incorrect handling, washing, storage, wear and tear, or customer-side damage.
If the inspection confirms a manufacturing defect, Retailers will handle the case appropriately through repair, replacement, correction, or another suitable solution depending on the order and issue.
Items not eligible for return
- Used, washed, worn, damaged, or altered items.
- Items with embroidery, logos, names, branding, or customer-specific customization, unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
- Custom uniform orders where fabric or order-specific materials have already been purchased.
- Issues caused by misuse, incorrect washing, poor storage, normal wear and tear, or handling outside our care instructions.
