Custom Embroidery Terms
For any logo, artwork, or design uploaded for embroidery, the customer confirms that they own the artwork or are fully authorized to use it and request its production. The customer accepts full responsibility for any trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property claims arising from the submitted artwork. Retailers reserves the right to refuse any artwork that appears infringing, unlawful, offensive, or unclear.
Once embroidery production has started or been completed based on the customer’s approved artwork and specifications, the order may not be cancelled, returned, or exchanged except in case of defect, damage, or non-conformity with the approved order.
Returns & Refunds
Non-customized items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase, subject to applicable Egyptian consumer protection law.
Customized or embroidered items produced based on the customer’s selected artwork, logo, name, or specifications are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once produced, except where the item is defective, damaged, or not in accordance with the approved order details.
